The policy is also intended to contribute to the health and well-being of all students, employees, and visitors at Â鶹´«Ã½ÍŶÓ. MATC shall be smoke free and tobacco free except as designated in this policy.

Policy Rational:

This purpose of this policy is to comply with Â鶹´«Ã½ÍÅ¶Ó City Ordinance 6737 titled Smoking in Public Places and Places of Employment and Â鶹´«Ã½ÍÅ¶Ó City Ordinance 7259 titled Electronic Cigarettes.
